Jones Homes required a complete website redesign to replace an outdated digital presence built across separate desktop and mobile sites. The existing experience made it difficult to navigate developments, understand property details and move towards enquiry. The goal was to create a single, responsive platform that improved usability, clarified information and supported lead generation across all devices.

I redesigned the site around how users search for homes, creating clearer pathways into developments, locations and property types. By consolidating the separate desktop and mobile experiences into one responsive platform, the site became more consistent and easier to use across devices.

Developments were reorganised into clearer listings with improved hierarchy, while property pages were reworked to surface key information earlier and more effectively. Enquiry points were introduced more deliberately throughout the journey, helping users move towards action without interrupting the browsing experience.

These changes reduced friction and improved usability across the full journey. Following launch, mobile traffic increased by 56% and the average conversion rate doubled from 2% to 4%, demonstrating the impact of a more focused user experience.
